Email & CRM Marketing Executive
£35,000 – £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Luxury Fashion Brand | Kings Lynn, Norfolk (4 days in-office)

A rapidly expanding luxury fashion brand, known for its timeless elegance, premium craftsmanship and loyal customer base, is seeking an experienced Email & CRM Marketing Executive to lead their customer and email marketing strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the CRM function, create impactful campaigns and elevate the customer experience across email, SMS and app touchpoints.

You'll be joining a collaborative team where your ideas are valued and your work will directly impact both growth and customer loyalty. The brand is growing quickly and they’re looking for someone ready to grow with them.

As an Email & CRM Marketing Executive, you will:

  • Plan, build, and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications, delivering engaging, on-brand messaging.

  • Develop automated customer journeys, including welcome sequences, post-purchase, win-back campaigns, and more.

  • Use customer data and behavioral insights to craft segmentation strategies that drive retention and engagement.

  • Run A/B tests to continually optimise subject lines, creative assets, and campaign timing.

  • Collaborate closely with the eCommerce and content teams to ensure campaigns are visually appealing and strategically aligned.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and CRM best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

    What you’ll need:

  • Experience using Klaviyo is essential.

  • Previous experience in email and digital marketing is required. Training can be provided for other aspects of the role, should you need it.

  • Confidence in using customer data to inform decisions and measure campaign success.

  • A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms is highly desirable.

    What’s on offer:

  • £35,000 – £40,000 salary (depending on experience)
