HubSpot Specialist – Hybrid
Location: Hybrid/3 days in Office based in Cannock, WS12 2HA
Salary: £43,500 – £53,500 per annum (DoE)
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Phoenix Health and Safety, part of Wilmington plc, are looking for a proactive and technically skilled HubSpot Specialist to lead the implementation and continuous development of HubSpot across Phoenix's commercial functions.

You will be responsible for:
• Taking ownership of the configuration, rollout, and optimisation of HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Designing and implementing workflows, pipelines, lead scoring models, and lifecycle stages for all sales functions (outbound, nurturing, key accounts, brokers).
• Creating and maintaining email templates, snippets, playbooks, sequences, and automated campaigns.
• Delivering tailored training for sales, marketing, and service teams on HubSpot best practices and tools.
• Building and maintaining performance dashboards for SLT, including KPIs across all sales and marketing teams.
• Ensuring real-time visibility of pipeline health, campaign effectiveness, and lead-to-customer conversion metrics.
• Monitoring data quality, deduplication, field accuracy, and integrations with third-party platforms.
• Recommending new tools, integrations, or process enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.

This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role requiring swift and effective HubSpot implementation.
You’ll be juggling requests from multiple teams, so success will depend on your ability to move quickly and thrive in a problem-solving environment.
We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes...
To be successful in this role, you must have/be:
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM across all hubs (Sales, Marketing, and Service).
• Proven track record of implementing CRM systems and driving adoption across teams.
• Strong technical understanding of automation workflows, lifecycle management, and campaign reporting.
• Excellent communication and training skills with a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance user needs with strategic outcomes.
To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have:
• Experience within the health and safety or professional services sector.
