Annual base salary (uncapped commission OTE circa 50% of salary)

What does the job involve?


  • Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying, researching, and engaging potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, cold calls, emails).

  • Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting: Qualifying leads based on criteria and scheduling meetings for Account Executives.

  • CRM & Data Management: Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and ensuring data integrity.

  • Sales Pipeline Management & Reporting: Tracking progress towards targets and reporting on key performance indicators.

  • Market Research & Collaboration: Staying informed on industry trends and collaborating with teams to optimise sales processes.

About you
We are looking for someone who has:


  • Prior experience in ​a similar role working in professional services or M&A sector.

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.

  • Proven track record of increasing sales.

  • Strong research and analytical skills.

  • Experience with ​H​ubspot.

  • Ideally, a passion for consulting​, M&A and helping businesses succeed.
