We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to join our growth markets team and lead the performance marketing team. Reporting to the Director, International Growth, you'll work closely with the Senior Manager, Marketing on Global Expansion. You will be responsible for managing and growing biddable media across our fastest growing markets. You'll join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment and attend the office once a week for in-person collaboration.

We offer flexible working which allows you to choose where you prefer to work (at home or in office); however, you must reside in the UK.

What you will do:
You will be responsible for the management, optimisation, testing and growth of biddable media channels across all growth markets.
Manage and develop the growth markets performance marketing team, consisting of two in-house biddable media specialists.
Work with finance team to establish targets and optimal investment levels across markets and media channels. As well as forecast, monitor and report on KPIs.
Build and execute the growth markets’ biddable media strategy.
Develop and own the performance marketing testing roadmap, ensuring continuous experimentation across biddable media, creative variations, and audience segmentation.
Work closely with analytics specialists to design and analyse tests and understand PM contribution to performance.

Who you are:
You are a passionate and positive media practitioner with experience creating and delivering media strategies for multiple brands, across multiple markets.
You have 5+ years experience directly managing biddable media channels including Google Ads, Meta, and DV360.
You have experience of AdTech & MarTech platforms as well as business intelligence tools and data visualisation platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
You have experience designing and executing A/B tests, incrementality testing, and multi-variant experiments across biddable media channels.

Desirable but not essential:
Broad knowledge of ATL media including TV.
Experience with multi-touch attribution vendors (set-up and analysis).
Agency- and client-side experience.
Fluency in English required; knowledge of other languages.

This is a full-time, permanent role with full benefits, including 25 days paid time off plus Christmas off, annual bonus, company stock, health and dental insurance, and pension. We have an office in central London, but our working location policy is fully flexible.

The recruitment process for this role will include a phone-screen, followed by 3 rounds of interview.
