About The Role
Team – CRM
Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in either the Vitality Stockport or London offices. Full time hours.
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract

What this role is all about:
This role focuses on driving leads and sales through email journeys and promotions using Vitality prospect and member data. You'll build emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement, requiring solid HTML skills and a desire to learn more about CRM. The team will support your growth in CRM knowledge, including dynamic content, data segmentation, automated emails, and SQL.
You'll collaborate with the CRM team, stakeholders, designers, copywriters, data analytics, sales, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud development teams. This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, driving sales and contributing innovative ideas. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact while delivering exceptional results.
Our brand identity ensures our emails stand out, avoiding stock photography and insurance jargon. You'll have creative freedom with email design, supported by designers if needed. We're committed to personalisation and segmentation to meet diverse needs, and we'll help you learn these skills. Experience with SMS communication is a bonus.

Strategy
Advise stakeholders on segmentation, design, engagement, and automation.
Support the CRM Marketing Manager in CRM strategy creation and implementation.
Contribute to D2C and D2B growth strategies.Execution

Enhance personalisation for engagement.
Align CRM strategies with marketing and sales goals.
Analyse data for trends and opportunities.
Develop testing methods for campaigns.
Manage prospecting agencies and lead strategy.
Grow creative approach within brand guidelines.

Stay updated with SFMC, comms trends, data protection, and GDPR.
What do you need to thrive?

Proven experience working with a CRM system (ideally SFMC), focusing on email
Hands on experience with HTML – good level of understanding and confident in editing
High attention to detail across data, design and copy
Customer-orientated thinker
Strong stakeholder management skills
Team player who can work in a collaborative environment and enjoys knowledge sharing
Ability to prioritise workload, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Excellent written communication, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
