BI Administrator (HSEQ & Assurance)


Location: Birmingham, B26 3RZ

Hours of work: 35

Contract Type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract


We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused HSEQ & Assurance BI Administrator to join our Quality and Assurance Team. In this varied role, you'll support the Q&A Manager and HSEQ & Assurance Lead to ensure compliance across the client estate, working to meet contractual, legal, and certified standards.


Job Description

You’ll be involved in a range of activities—from reporting on incidents and tracking audit findings, to maintaining systems, analysing data, and training users.


It’s a great opportunity to develop your skills in reporting, data insight, compliance, health and safety, and auditing, with exposure to multiple areas of governance and risk.


This is an ideal entry point for someone looking to build a career in assurance or compliance within a supportive, hands-on environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Quality Assurance team with daily tasks
  • Manage internal systems effectively
  • Issue regular reports and dashboards
  • Report on waste and sustainability for both client and ISS


About You

  • Excellent MS Office skills and an advanced Excel user
  • Able to interpret large data sets using Excel; PowerBI experience desirable
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in producing data visualisations and dashboards for business reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance desirable
  • Effective communicator with ability to explain data insights to all stakeholders
