Administration Assistant - Redditch : £22,308 per annum : Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday)

About the Role:

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for Excel and a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We're on the lookout for an Administration Assistant to join our client's dynamic team in Redditch. In this role, you'll be the backbone of the contact centre management team, ensuring that administrative tasks are handled with precision and efficiency.

What will my day to day duties be this Administration Assistant role?

Data Management: Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and performance reporting.

Call Recording Retrieval: Retrieve call recordings for managers as required.

Excel Expertise: Generate and organise data using Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables, for data analysis and reporting.

Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.

Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with discretion.

System Support: Assist with system updates and basic troubleshooting of office software.

Report Preparation: Assist with report preparation as required.

Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.

Ad-Hoc Duties: Handle any ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

What skills and experience do I need for this Administration Assistant role?

Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role.

Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.

Computer Literacy: Good understanding of general computer systems and office software.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prioritisation: Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Microsoft Office Proficiency: Experience with other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is advantageous.
