Role: Buying Administration Assistant

Role Type: 12 weeks contract - there could be a possibility of extension for the right candidates

Location: Atherstone

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30am - 37.5 hours per week

Hourly Rate: £13.07ph

Our client is looking for experienced Buying Admin Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity with an immediate start. The contract is for 12 weeks but there could be a possibility of extension for the right candidates!

Duties and Responsibilities

Inputting and maintaining accurate data across multiple systems including SAP
Working closely with Buying teams to ensure that product set up is completed accurately and on time
Responding to queries for information and updating systems where appropriate
Complying with data integrity and security policiesRequired Skills

Experience using SAP essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Outlook
Previous data administration experience advantage
Great attention to detail
Ability to multitask and keep to deadlines
Ability to work on own initiative as well as as a team
Excellent communication skills
A positive "can do" attitude
