I'm currently representing my client on an excitingOperations Analytics & Insight Lead opportunity, leading the data and insights function across a complex operational environment.

The Role:

• Own and evolve theData & Insights strategy across Operations.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of analysts.
• Establish a trustedsingle source of truth for operational and customer metrics.
• Design measurement frameworks, experiments, scorecards and performance thresholds.
• Act as the senior analytical partner to leadership, turning complex problems into clear commercial decisions.
• Drive analytical standards, quality and best practice across the function.
• Champion the responsible use ofAI and automation across operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading adata, analytics or insights function.
• Strong quantitative and statistical skills, includingexperiment design and testing.
• Ability to connect data and metrics to widerbusiness outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level.
• Strong technical understanding ofSQL, cloud data warehousing and modern data tooling.
• Experience with tools such asBigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Git and Looker/Tableau or similar.
• Python experience is advantageous.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity while maintaining strong analytical rigour.
