Operations Analytics and Insights Lead

Operations Analytics & Insight Lead | London | £100,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We're looking for an experiencedOperations Analytics & Insight Lead to join a fast-paced, technology-led business and lead a team of 4-5 analysts, with additional analytics engineering support.

This is ahands-on leadership role (60% hands-on / 40% strategic), with the opportunity to shape the analytics roadmap, influence senior stakeholders and drive greater use of automation and AI across Operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of 4-5
• Shape the analytics strategy and move the team from reactive requests to a structured roadmap
• Deliver hands-on analysis using SQL, experimentation and statistical testing
• Identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
• Support AI, chatbot and internal copilot initiatives, including measuring their effectiveness
• Influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insight

We're looking for:

• 2+ years' people management experience
• Strong SQL and analytical/statistical skills
• Experience managing analysts and ideally analytics engineers
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking
• Practical experience using AI/Copilot tools to improve processes
• Experience in fintech, financial services or another regulated environment is desirable
• dbt, Airflow, Git and Looker experience would be a plus

Hybrid: 3 days per week in the London office.
