Grantham

360 Recruitment are recruiting for a well-known food manufacture company who are based in Grantham. The successful candidate will join the HR systems team and play a critical role in ensuring the effective use of the JTP system.

Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain the JTP Talent System, including employee data imports, and the setup and management of 360 Feedback, 9Box, Development Plans, and Engagement Surveys.
Act as Subject Matter Expert, resolving system issues, performing scheduled activities, and recommending improvements.
Ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and support smooth system operation across all employee records.
Coordinate annual talent cycles with Business Leads across JTP.
Provide first-line support to HR users and employees, resolving system tickets within SLA and ensuring a positive user experience.
Manage mapping tables and unique employee codes within the JTP system.
Generate and maintain talent cycle reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business insights and compliance.
Ensure accuracy, security, and legal compliance of all employee data and reports.
Partner with HR and IT to ensure seamless system integration and functionality across platforms.
Identify, test, and implement system enhancements and new modules based on business needs.
Stay updated on system innovations and best practices, sharing insights to improve functionality and user experience.Desirable Criteria:

Experience in manufacturing businesses
Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to your colleagues.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work under pressure during peak seasonal periods
Demonstrated project support experience
Prior involvement in employee survey systems or similar data collection initiatives
Experience in managing an active ticketing system
