Commercial Manager - Consumer Finance
London | Hybrid Working (2-3 days per week in office)
Up to £55,000 + benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join a fast-growing consumer lending business during a major growth phase, including the launch of new products and partnerships.

This role sits within a highly commercial acquisitions team and will focus on pricing strategy, commercial performance optimisation, and data-driven decision making. You'll work closely with stakeholders across acquisitions and analytics to identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition performance through pricing and proposition changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse commercial and pricing performance across lending products

  • Recommend and implement pricing adjustments to improve commercial outcomes

  • Work within existing risk frameworks to optimise acquisition performance

  • Use SQL to extract, manipulate and analyse large datasets

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends

  • Collaborate with commercial, analytics and acquisition teams on strategic initiatives

Requirements
  • Experience in a commercial, pricing, or analytical role within consumer lending or a similar regulated consumer environment

  • Strong understanding of pricing strategy and commercial impact

  • Advanced SQL skills essential

  • Exposure to Python or statistical modelling would be beneficial

  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
