The UK & Ireland-based Dynamics division helps customers digitally transform their businesses, driving new sources of revenue, creating new ways to serve their customers, and transforming the way businesses operate to achieve greater profitability.


As aSenior Sales Executive, you will act as a trusted adviser to customers, driving long-term strategic direction and cultivating CXO-level engagements. This role emphasises ERP and CRM solutions—particularly within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 portfolio (e.g., D365 Sales, D365 CE, D365 F&O, and Business Central). You will combine strong business development expertise with relationship management skills and a passion for converting prospects into loyal customers.


Key Skills & Experience:


  • Proven track recordin selling CRM/ERP or similar cloud-based software solutions to strategic accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong sales orchestrationskills, including account planning, lead qualification, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Proficiency in deal crafting, with the ability to negotiate terms and contracts while building robust business cases.
  • Ability to engage at CXO level, maintaining productive, long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills(written and verbal) and confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent demonstrable experience in technology-related sales.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365(e.g., CE, F&O, Business Central) or other comparable ERP/CRM platforms is highly advantageous.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Meet Annual Sales Targets
  • Attain defined annual sales plan in line with company objectives and individual targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue by positioning ERP/CRM solutions (Dynamics 365).
  • Business Development
  • Expand the company’s footprint among new-logo customers as well as existing accounts.
  • Contribute to marketing events, strategic account-planning sessions, and other initiatives to generate leads.
  • Sales Process Management
  • Orchestrate the full sales cycle from initial opportunity planning, deal negotiation, and customer decision frameworks, through to final contract.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate lead/opportunity tracking and data integrity within the internal CRM system.
  • Client & Partner Management
  • Manage relationships with clients and partners, escalating issues to the Sales Director when necessary.
  • Serve as a trusted adviser, aligning client objectives with the organisation’s ERP/CRM solutions.
  • Keep clients and partners updated on product/service developments and industry trends.


Location:UK (WFH plus up to 25% travel)
