Introduction

JOIN US!We are seeking a passionate and experiencedSales Account Executiveto become an integral part of our team, with a focus on the UK and European markets. You will play a vital role in identifying, qualifying, and securing business with mid-market and enterprise clients. Collaborating closely with our technical experts, you will ensure our IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) offerings meet customer needs effectively.


Job Description


What you'll do:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets while expanding our customer base in the UK and Ireland.
  2. Identify and engage new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients. Understand their specific business needs and demonstrate how our ITSM and ITAM solutions can deliver value.
  3. Build and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor to key accounts.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, and customer support, to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure smooth service delivery.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with prospective and existing clients to secure sales.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status to senior management.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our solutions.

What you'll bring:

  1. 2+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in ITSM or ITAM domains.
  2. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) concepts.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  6. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  8. Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools is a plus.
  9. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
