About the Role:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building the core platform components that power our two flagship products, driving business growth with both new and existing clients. You will be responsible for developing robust, scalable building blocks to address a wide range of customer needs, while having the freedom to innovate, ideate, and continuously evolve our solutions.

What You'll Bring:

  • A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies.
  • 8+ years of experience building B2B/B2C end-user facing products, having been through 1 full Product Development lifecycle including defining product requirements, grooming requirements with engineering and Data Science, aligning development and delivery of the product to customers.
  • Effective execution, problem solving skills and brilliance at making highly-effective customer presentations.
  • Developed skills in communication and product features prioritization applied across engineering, design and data science.
  • Developed skills in AI and research and analysis and applied in a strongly mission-driven business scenario.

What You'll Do

  • Lead User Persona Research demonstrating proven experience in translating user insights into actionable product requirements and improvements.
  • Utilize Design Thinking to create user-friendly features with strong UI/UX principles embedded to enhance engagement.
  • Demonstrate Customer-Centricity delivering intuitive designs that drive adoption and customer retention in B2B/B2C environments.
  • Balance design innovation using strategic thinking, and Product Roadmaps with business objectives to drive growth, and maintain product backlogs aligned with consumer-focused vision and market trends.
  • Deliver cross-team collaboration working with Engineers, Designers, Data Science and other teams to prioritize user needs and handle conflicts for efficient product execution.

About Our Process

During the process we will begin by exploring the core factors regarding salary and location along with core experience and skills and values alignment. We will then deep dive explore the critical technical competencies we have identified for the role, and then we will deep dive in behavioral competencies.

The most aligned candidate will then be asked to do a practical work task simulation activity so we can make sure that you will enjoy the kind of work the role requires, and this task will typically be presented and discussed with a group of colleagues and managers. Finally we will ask you to meet with a number of our senior leaders to make sure that you are making the most informed call possible.Please note, all Zoom interviews will be recorded.
