We are rapidly expanding our London office and looking for aSenior Product Manager (Analytics)who will play a pivotal role in defining, designing, and executing the analytics product as part of the monday platform. This role involves building and enhancing our platform’s analytics capabilities, ensuring users gain actionable insights from their data with ease, and driving value through intuitive, data-driven features that empower users to make informed decisions efficiently.

Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our London office (Fitzrovia).

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the vision and strategy for monday.com 's analytics capabilities.
  • Build and lead monday.com’s analytics strategy and roadmap, focusing on delivering powerful reporting tools and data-driven features.
  • Work closely with customer success, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to prioritise insights features based on user needs, market trends, and strategic importance.
  • Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring the development of impactful and valuable features.
  • Partner with the engineering team to understand technical challenges and opportunities, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and performant.
  • Ensure the user experience for accessing and utilising insights is intuitive, accessible, and empowers users to derive maximum value from their data.
  • Motivate a group of some of the smartest, most committed, and fun people you’ve ever worked with.
  • Set, track, and analyse KPIs to measure the success and impact of insights initiatives, continually refining the strategy for improvement.

Your Experience & Skills

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on data-driven products and analytics.
  • You have experience defining and executing analytics strategies and roadmaps to drive business impact.
  • You can track, measure, and analyse KPIs to drive product and business decisions.
  • Experience growing a data-driven/analytics product would be ahuge advantage.
  • Experience working with AI-driven analytics or predictive insights is a plus.
  • You have a strong background in BI tools, reporting, and data visualisation would be a plus.
  • Ideally, you have a technical understanding of data architecture and engineering collaboration.
  • You are a fast learner, adaptive, can embrace challenges and execute independently if needed.
