An established technology company is looking for a Sales Operations & CRM Administrator to join their Sales department.
As the new CRM and Sales Operations Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing the sales infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, and driving the usability and effectiveness of the CRM system company-wide. You will play a key part in enhancing the productivity and efficiency of the sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimization of the CRM platform across departments.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity, accurate coding, and streamlined usability to support business operations.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align CRM capabilities with business goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in sales operations.
    What you should bring:
  • A degree or HNC/D in Business Administration or a related field (essential).
  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales data analysis, or a similar analytical/commercial function.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.) and tools used in sales performance analysis.
  • Meticulous attention to data detail with an eye for process efficiency and user adoption.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and technical teams.
