CRM Administrator - Fareham

Location: Fareham - PO17
Pay Rate: £13.68 - £14.55 depending on experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Administrator to manage and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, configuration, and support of the CRM platform to ensure it aligns with our sales, marketing, and customer service strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems and have experience using Job Logic.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and support the company's CRM system, including user setup, roles, permissions, and profiles.

Customize CRM fields, workflows, page layouts, and reports to meet business needs.

Ensure data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and validation rules.

Provide first-line support for CRM users; troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define CRM processes and workflows.

Integrate the CRM with other business applications and platforms.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for performance tracking.

Train users and create documentation to support CRM best practices.

Stay current with CRM platform updates, new features, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (2+ years) as a CRM Administrator or in a similar role.

Proficiency in one or more CRM platforms (e.g., Job Logic, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho).

Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and data structures.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Basic understanding of APIs and CRM integrations is a plus.

CRM Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) is a strong advantage.
