Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Analyst to join our growing team. As a Salesforce/HubSpot Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing our CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, and leveraging advanced features to improve sales, marketing, and customer service processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and report on CRM performance, implement process improvements, and ensure effective use of Salesforce and HubSpot tools.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in CRM platforms to have a meaningful impact on business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce & HubSpot Management:

Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce and HubSpot to align with business processes.
Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, HubSpot, and other internal tools/systems.
Design, implement, and optimize workflows, automation, and processes within both platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and HubSpot configurations.
Data Management & Reporting:

Monitor and maintain data quality within Salesforce and HubSpot by implementing data validation rules, cleaning up inconsistencies, and identifying data gaps.
Develop custom reports and dashboards in both Salesforce and HubSpot to provide actionable insights for leadership and teams.
Create and automate reports to track KPIs, lead conversion rates, sales pipeline, and marketing campaign performance.
Process Optimization & Support: 

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize CRM workflows and processes.
Provide training and support for internal users to ensure proper usage and maximize the value of Salesforce and HubSpot tools.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and HubSpot features, and propose recommendations for improving functionality and usability.
Strategic Analysis:

Analyze CRM data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and business opportunities.
Provide strategic recommendations to enhance customer engagement, sales performance, and marketing ROI.
Support leadership in decision-making through data-driven insights.
Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, to ensure CRM systems meet the needs of all departments.
Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical staff for troubleshooting, system updates, and system enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills:

Qualifications in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in Salesforce administration.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
Experience with data migration, integration, and CRM system customization
Led Project through a period of technological change
HubSpot Certification is a plus.
Experience in HubSpot desirable.
Strong proficiency in the Salesforce CRM platform.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM platforms.
Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, and Excel for reporting and analysis.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and/or JavaScript for customization and integration work is a plus.
Experience with API integrations and automation (e.g., Zapier, Workato) is a plus.
