A fantastic opportunity for a CRM & Data Analyst to join a leading academic publishing organisation based in Woodbridge, Suffolk. Offering a hybrid working model and a salary of up to £30,000, this is an ideal role for someone who thrives on data coordination, systems administration, and business improvement initiatives. Youll be supporting a well-respected, employee-owned publisher with global reach and a strong reputation for high-quality academic titles.

Duties & Responsibilities


Coordinate operational data and support business processes across departments.




Clean, analyse, and visualise data to support reporting and strategic decision-making.




Reconcile data between publishing, sales, and financial systems for royalty and rights management.




Assist with internal audits and support trend analysis in contract and royalty data.




Maintain key documentation and assist with onboarding and training of new team members.


What Experience is Required


Strong organisational skills and proven experience handling data in an office environment.




Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with databases and multiple systems.




Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.


Salary & Benefits


Salary: £27,000 - £30,000depending on experience.
