We have a current opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Operations Executive on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.

Our client is on the lookout for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional to support their growing sales team. This hybrid role blends operational efficiency with strong communication skills-you'll be instrumental in shaping standout proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), while also keeping the sales engine running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing

📝 Proposal & Statement of Work (SOW) Management

Collaborate with internal teams to gather input and craft persuasive proposals and SOWs

Draft and format sales documents in line with brand guidelines and company templates

Create clear, concise meeting summaries and follow-ups after sales engagements

Oversee the proposal/SOW review and approval cycle to ensure timely delivery

Maintain a well-organised template and document library

Track and update the sales team on proposal/SOW progress and status

📊 Sales Operations Support

Own day-to-day sales operations, including CRM (Hubspot) management and pipeline tracking

Generate and interpret sales reports to spot trends and identify improvement areas

Ensure sales data integrity and maintain up-to-date process documentation

Coordinate internal sales meetings and training initiatives

Support order processing and accurate record-keeping across systems

Assist in the rollout of new tools, processes, and systems to streamline workflows

What They're Looking For

✔️ Must-Haves

Experience in sales operations, proposal management, or a similar support role

Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or MEDDPICC

CRM experience (ideally Hubspot) plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Excellent written communication and an eagle eye for detail

Strong organisational and time management skills

A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit

Experience drafting proposals and SOWs in a B2B or services environment
