Performance Data Analyst
Location: Eurocentral (must live locally or drive due to location)
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am-5pm (e.g., 7-3 or 8-4), plus 1 in 5 weekends (7-3 Sat & Sun), with RDOs typically following - 37.5 hour week
Contract: 3-6 months initially

As a Performance Analyst, you'll use data to improve customer experience and operational performance across our delivery teams. You'll work closely with regional management and the Field Team to identify risks, provide insights, and support business improvement through data-driven strategies. You will be office based, with some flexibility after training to work hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse complex delivery and customer data to influence regional management decisions

Support the design and roll out of performance strategies using data insights

Produce real-time reports highlighting courier performance and risks for action

Use client data to recommend operational improvements

Prioritise and recommend actions to drive compliance and service enhancements

Present findings clearly to senior managers to support operational understanding

What We're Looking For:

Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, Macros, VBA) and strong Microsoft Office proficiency

Proven experience in analytical roles managing large data sets

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels

Ability to translate data insights into actionable business improvements

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
