Your role in the Team's Success

Analyse and monitor key business performance metrics to drivemercial decision-making and optimise business operations across IG's UK business.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to provide insights that can make significantmercial impact and be the go-to person for all things data and performance.

What you'll do

Track and analyse key business drivers and performance metrics at frequent cadences Develop and maintainprehensive dashboards to monitor critical business KPIs Identify opportunities to optimisemercial levers within the UK business Analyse trends in customer behavior, revenue streams, and operational efficiency Provide insights on factors influencing business performance Collaborate with product, finance, and leadership teams to establish meaningful metrics Generate regular reports and presentations on business performance for stakeholders Make data-driven rmendations to improvemercial oues


What you'll need for this role
Experience in business intelligence ormercial performance analysis Strong understanding of business metrics andmercial drivers Ability to identify and track the most impactful performance indicators Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools (Tableau or Looker) Knowledge of financial services metrics and performance frameworks Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translateplex business data into actionable insights Excellent problem solving skills
