Role:Performance Analytics Manager (Remote)

Rate:£600-£625/day (via umbrella)

Duration:6-months (long-term extensions beyond initial contract)

Location:Remote

An exciting opportunity for a Performance Analytics Manager to join a Public Sector organisation, working on a large digital transformation.

Candidate must be able to have proven experience of being the point of contact for other teams when it comes to analyst tasks coming in and informing those teams of the analysis work in the Find and Apply teams will aid this join up. They are looking for this person to manage the pipeline of analyst work and make suggestions on prioritisation.

Must play the role as a critical friend to develop lesser experienced analysts in the team and help identify when analyst tasks are going beyond the scope of the initial ask, giving guidance on approaches to analysis, monitoring workload.

The ideal and successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running with mentoring and leading the team.

Key skills & experience required:

• Proven experience of being a manager or leading other team members and providing mentoring.
• Experience and knowledge ofSQLis required
• Experience ofLooker Studio
• Experience withBigQuery
• Excellent soft skills such as communication
• Able to work with data to analyse trends and create dashboards
• Well-rounded core Performance Analyst skillset with the ability to elicit requirements and produce quality documentation
• Ideally some experience working in a Public Sector organisation
