This position requires you to be based on-site at our Hammersmithoffice 4 days per week.

About the Role

Disney+ is The Walt Disney Company’s Direct to Consumer video entertainment service. The service consists of long form and short form video built around six key content brands (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star) with an appealing and easy to use interface accessed across multiple platforms (. televisions, mobile devices, PCs).

The Disney+ team is responsible for the day to day operation of Disney+ across Europe, Middle East and Africa, specifically focused on marketing, customer acquisition and retention, partnerships and synergy, content programming, research and analytics.

We are looking for a Manager to join our Disney+ Insights & Analytics EMEA team. The purpose of the role is to support the Partnerships team, helping them understand performance across acquisition, retention and engagement of subscribers as well as discovering opportunities to drive growth through timely insight and experimentation. Sitting within the Subscriber Growth Analytics team, the role will work in close partnership with Global Analytics and Data Science, as well as functional Analytics teams (Content, Subscriber Growth) at global and regional levels.

What You Will Do

Lead and deliver the timely analysis and insight to support the Subscriber Partnership function in EMEA. Own the insight plan for Partnership Analytics in EMEA, developing a roadmap for actionable insight whilst managing expectations across stakeholders to ensure all work is delivered in a timely manner Scope out and deliver requirements across larger projects, adhoc requests and experimentation, as well as proactively identifying additional opportunities to deliver actionable insight and streamline existing processes Present clear results with insights, related implications and actions, and follow-up with providing self-serve reporting or similar scalable solutions when relevant Collaborate across regional and local analytics to ensure consistency, efficiency and timely delivery across the region, coaching others in the detail of Partnerships data Develop relationships across the Analytics and business teams at a regional level, in particular the Partnerships team, as well as with the global and International DMED Analytics team to align on key priorities and targets and champion the ongoing improvements of this data Support the broader Disney business including Integrated Marketing, Consumer Products, Studios, with relevant insights on performance, commercial optimisation and audiences Be the “go to” team member for understanding of Partnerships data and definitions

Required Qualifications & Skills

Analytical experience, preferably in Customer and / or Marketing analytics Experience in using SQL; Python/R and other statistical programming language experience preferred Experience in statistical experimentation and A/B testing Background in data visualization and dashboard development Understanding of statistics concepts (., propensity modelling, hypothesis testing, regression analysis)

Preferred Qualifications

Background in Content, Marketing or Customer Engagement Analytics in the digital world is a plus
