Operations Executive – Flexforce Team
Location: Hybrid – Woking HQ (3 days in office, parking available)
Salary: £25,000 + Performance-Related Bonus
Reporting to: Account Manager
Join Acosta Europe and work with globally recognised brands in a dynamic and rewarding role. As part of Flexforce, the UK’s largest data-driven tactical agency, you’ll play a key role in operational excellence, supporting client activities, reporting and field performance.
Operational Administration


  • Manage activity booking sheets to ensure structured planning and execution.

  • Develop POS matrices for smooth delivery logistics.

  • Create detailed activity briefs, clarifying campaign objectives and expectations.

  • Handle rate cards, subcontractor communication and additional payment administration.

Technical & Reporting Support


  • Build accurate scripts in internal systems to enhance data quality and reporting.

  • Respond to subcontractor queries, ensuring seamless operational workflows.

  • Compile photo reports in PowerPoint, ensuring client visibility on campaign execution.

Quality Control & Compliance


  • Review photographic data to ensure relevance and adherence to client briefs.

  • Identify and escalate data anomalies, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.

Client & Strategic Engagement


  • Serve as the first point of contact for client operational queries.

  • Support client requirements and ensure service excellence.

  • Proactively review processes and contribute to strategic improvements in operations.

Additional Responsibilities


  • Attend one field visit and one meeting per month to stay engaged with operations.

  • Comply with company policies and ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
