Job Description

This job opening represents an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business with institutional backing and a proven track record in delivering a suite of financial services to a marketleading standard. The successful individual will be able to combine their industry experience with a vision for further development in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Ad hoc projects are ongoing both within the operations team and firmwide. The successful candidate will have opportunities to participate in projects as well as gain exposure to different aspects of the Coremont business from operations to sales and relationship management.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

  • Review daily reconciliation output from fund administrators
  • Run daily reconciliation using IREC and other reconciliation systems
  • Build out reconciliations in IREC and other reconciliation systems
  • Coordinate with Administrators PBs and technology teams for delivery of appropriate formats of cash ledgers
  • Work with technology partners to improve reporting for better reconciliation
  • Detailed testing of reporting changes
  • Coordination of appropriate cash transfer booking with treasury
  • Coordination of appropriate expense commission bookings with Client Service team
  • Resolving breaks
  • Assist in multi department projects including client onboarding


Qualifications

WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND:

  • University Degree and accounting qualification (or working towards one)
  • Experience in Product Control Fund accounting and/or Operations at bank hedge fund or administrator

TECHNICAL SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Understanding of Cash control environment and Cash reconciliation issues
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience of reconciliation systems
  • Strong product knowledge across a variety of financial instruments

Additional Information

Standard hours will be 8am to 6pm with other such hours as are necessary to fulfil the role some flexibility required.
