Job Title - Data Analyst

Location - Glasgow City Centre

Hours - Full Time (40 hrs per week)

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Operations Analyst team, where you will be working within our Group to support senior stakeholders with business insight through use of data analysis and reporting.

You will be working under our Senior Operations Analyst and will provide our senior stakeholders insight on business performance, supporting projects and other Business or MI led initiatives.

You’ll also be producing and developing visually appealing dashboards and bespoke reports, as well as critiquing existing reports and identifying potential improvements across both the Operations Analyst teams.

You will be a highly motivated, self-starter who can work autonomously and deliver against tight deadlines and enjoy working with data and delight in providing relevant and accurate reporting to support operational decision-making.

You will be a highly analytical problem-solver who enjoys working with data to translate requirements into reports and analysis.

In your role you’ll be working with colleagues from across the business, so your communication skills will help to build relationships and influence at all levels.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • HND/Degree level qualification in Maths, Data Science, Computing or similar.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis & reporting from multiple data sources and complex data sets.
  • Proven track record of delivering performance improvement through data analysis.
  • Experience in BI software such as Microsoft Power BI would be an advantage.
