Space & Time are looking for a keen and customer service focused Media Executive with a passion for digital advertising and media buying, to join our team in Reigate.

The Role

As a Media Executive, you’ll be assisting Performance Managers and Senior Media Executives with the planning, buying and administration of first-class media campaigns. The role involves implementing media bookings, researching media opportunities, liaising with clients, creative agencies and internal specialists, and to assist on the reporting on the impact of media activity.

Key duties

  • Liaising with clients via phone and email providing excellent customer service, building rapport and client relationship

  • Negotiates improved rates for clients, securing added value where possible

  • Provides guidance to clients and agency partners regarding media schedules, creative specs etc.

  • Providing monthly reports

  • Regularly attends and contributes to team and supplier meetings

    Experience / Skills

  • Skilled telephone communicator with clients/suppliers/senior colleagues

  • Excellent written communication. Confidently communicates with clients and suppliers by email in a detailed, informed manner

  • Displays a proactive approach in advancing their own media knowledge and soft skills

  • Proactively manages deadlines relating to your own client accounts

  • Sound basic knowledge of most media channels

  • A strong foundation of building relationships with key media owners
