Role summary:

This role is vital to the Group achieving its revenue and cash targets. This role will report to the Senior Master Data Administrator and work closely with the Billing Team, IT and Sales & Marketing to:-

  • Facilitate the customer take-on process in line with defined SLAs

  • Carry out required creation, amendment and deletions of customer master data to maintain data integrity and ensure accurate billing

  • Ensure resolution of customer data queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner

    Key responsibilities

  • Ensure all new and additional business is set up on receipt of a fully authorised Service Agreement/NAAS and JDE opportunity in line with agreed SLAs

  • Perform interface management tasks, including error resolution & resubmission

  • Implementation of customer price increases

  • Provide a master data super user service to internal and external customers

  • Provide reports via JDE, NAAS, DX Trak and Hubble for customer data as requested

  • Provide support to Senior Management on system based projects, including performing UAT and regression testing

  • Provide informed opinions in relation to master data and to appropriate business members at times or review

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Master data experience preferred

  • ERP technical knowledge and experience preferred

  • Problem solving abilities; able to facilitate discussions

  • Operational knowledge of the DX business and product base differentials desirable

  • Able to identify and focus on key priorities

  • Planning and organisational skills

  • Must be used to working to and achieving tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills across all levels of the business

  • Experience of MS Office products
