About The Role

We're currently bringing our marketing efforts back in house after a period of outsourcing to an agency. This key role will support the Head of Marketing in owning demand generation and retention initiatives in alignment with sales goals, implementing multi-channel campaigns and events to generate the sales pipeline and conversion success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the marketing strategy with the Head of Marketing, conducting market research and competitor / industry trend analysis to identify new growth opportunities
  • Create, own, socialise and deliver the rolling annual go-to-market growth plan to create high quality marketing leads and full funnel initiatives, specifically targeting new and key customers at persona level
  • Own the partner marketing relationship, securing marketing development funds and seek additional co-branded possibilities
  • Ownership and delivery of Agile and co-branded partner events (face to face and digital) delivering excellent customer experiences: venue sourcing, promotion, project / budget management and effectiveness to drive lead generation
  • Work with the Marketing Communications Manager, Consultancy, Alliances and Sales to align activity to strategy and co-create materials to support targeted campaigns and sales activities, driving existing customer growth
  • Define and manage LinkedIn outreach activities to drive sales: identifying prospective companies / stakeholders to connect and authentically message
  • Conduct detailed reporting against KPIs including lead generation metrics, lead volume, conversion rates, channel success and pipeline contribution. Identify learnings and actionable recommendations
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively


About You

It would be ideal if you would have…

  • Proven experience in a B2B marketing role with a strong focus on lead generation and event management (roundtables, webinars, trade shows etc)
  • Demonstrable analytical skills to identify actionable insight
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter approach who can prioritise efficiently and work independently
  • A confident collaborator with natural interpersonal skills to build strong relationships

It would be beneficial if you have…

  • Account based marketing experience
  • Previous experience within a Data and Analytics, Cloud Services company
  • Exposure to previous marketing comms experience within a Consulting Services, Business Services or Software Sales sector
