We are seeking a skilled Affiliate & Partner Manager to join their dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in shaping and growing the affiliate and partner marketing channels to drive rapid and profitable growth. Working across multiple brands, the successful candidate will be instrumental in creating industry-leading programs and fostering valuable partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement affiliate and partner marketing programs across the organisation.
Manage relationships with key networks, partners, and media outlets to ensure consistent growth and ROI at target CPA levels.
Oversee the affiliate marketing budget, including forecasting, commission structures, and spending allocations.
Create tailored strategies and activity plans for various partner segments, focusing on maximising ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, prioritising personal engagement over transactional interactions.
Explore and establish partnerships outside traditional affiliate networks, including influencers and online enthusiasts with engaged followings.
Collaborate with internal teams, including data analytics, to integrate comprehensive reporting across the marketing function.
Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve measurable results.
Required Experience:

Proven experience in managing affiliate and partner programs, with a clear understanding of best practices and common pitfalls.
A track record of executing diverse tactics within the affiliate marketing space, from content-driven partnerships to shopping feeds and media collaborations.
Established relationships within the affiliate and partner marketing sector, with the ability to build new ones quickly and effectively.
Experience working with analytics and attribution models to ensure fair ROI measurement and proper partner recognition.
Skills and Competencies:

Strong interest in the consumer electronics and technology sector.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a commercial mindset and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Resilient, enthusiastic, and proactive, with the drive to build a program from the ground up and lead it to success.
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and the ability to inspire confidence and enthusiasm.
Analytical and numerically minded, with the ability to synthesise large amounts of data into actionable insights.
Experience in a high-growth, multi-channel retail environment is preferred.
