Maintenance Planning Administrator
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full-Time
Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience
Project Partners are now on the look out for an experienced Maintenance Planning Administrator based in and around Rugby, Warwickshire.
Job Purpose:
To support a detailed maintenance program administration within the maintenance planning team. Providing administration support for planning. Generate and provide detailed reports for the maintenance team. Work with both Checkproof and SAP to integrate the information. Support maintenance administration to collate H&S information to enable decision making. Manage and create daily and weekly maintenance team management information.
Role:

  • Input and export information from SAP as required.
  • Generate information for daily safety briefings as per instruction.
  • Collate H&S KPI’s to be reviewed by the team.
  • Adhere to all site safety regulations.
  • Contribute as a member of the maintenance planning team to administer plant maintenance strategies.
  • Support the panning engineers with the operation and maintenance of both SAP and Checkproof.
  • Prepare both KPI and meeting information for the maintenance team in the form of MS Word, Excell and PowerPoint.
  • Maintaining and organizing all maintenance information systems including the library and plant register.
  • Administer information for the maintenance team to enable good decision making.
  • Maintain and develop information libraries for the maintenance team. (Physical and Digital)
  • Attend maintenance planning meetings with Supervisors and Engineers to input technical detail to the planning process from data gathered during the assessment process of maintenance notifications and scopes of work.
  • Correlate daily planning feedback for planning KPI’s
  • Support the planning team in management of the shutdown with administrative tasks.
  • Support the planning team in management of the cost control administrative tasks.
  • A high level of accurate administrative knowledge and experience is essential to ensure maintenance administration is compliant with targets and adds to the plants planning team.
  • Develop a strong long-term business relationship with all parts of the business. Key lines of communication will be with operational disciplines, predominately production, maintenance, procurement and supply chain.
    Requirement:
  • Must have strong advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI data analyst systems.
