Position Title: Salesforce Administrator

What are the role responsibilities?
As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll be part of a collaborative Business Systems Team dedicated to enhancing day-to-day business operations. Under the guidance of the Technical Director and Product Manager, you will work on developing, implementing, and optimising systems that support the organisation's technical direction. Key responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining Salesforce functionality using Declarative and Imperative methods, implementing fields, automation, and managing objects in alignment with company standards.
Recommending and acting on strategies to improve data quality and integrity as part of data quality improvement.
Handling business-as-usual tasks such as user management, error troubleshooting, and weekly/monthly maintenance, including field utilisation reports, sandbox refreshes, and high-priority patch installs.
Collaborating with internal and external technical stakeholders to connect systems and optimise multi-system workflows.
Contributing within the team towards solutions that support long-term business systems goals, sharing knowledge and proposing technology stack improvements.
What are we looking for?
Experienced and certified Salesforce Administrator.
Proficient in Sales Cloud, Lightning Platform, Flows, and other Salesforce automations.
Knowledge of Apex Programming, JavaScript, Controllers, Triggers, APIs, and Lightning Web Components; familiarity with Pardot is a plus.
Experienced with Salesforce ecosystem integrations, including NetSuite, ZAB, and departmental-level integrations.
Strong detail orientation with a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and practical experience.
Skilled in debugging, diagnosing issues, and identifying root causes in business systems.
Prior experience in a high-velocity technology business (SaaS, Fintech) is preferred.
