HR Systems Administrator

£40,000 | Onsite – Uxbridge | Leading Manufacturer

Are you ready to take the next step in your HR Systems career? Chapman Tate is proud to be working with a leading manufacturing business based in Uxbridge, who are on the lookout for a HR Systems Administrator to join their growing HR function.

This is a permanent, onsite role offering up to £40,000 per annum.

As the HR Systems Administrator, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the company’s HR and payroll systems. You'll act as the go-to expert for end-user support, troubleshooting, access management, and system improvements, while ensuring that HR data remains accurate, secure, and actionable.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across HR, IT, and operations, helping to drive improvements in systems usage, reporting, and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support for HR and payroll systems

  • Manage system access, troubleshooting, and user training

  • Monitor and manage active ticketing systems to resolve issues effectively

  • Deliver data-driven insights through strong reporting and Excel skills

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement system enhancements

  • Support project-related system activities and employee data initiatives

  • Assist in employee survey and data collection processes

  • Maintain document control and ensure system accuracy and compliance

    Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience supporting HR and/or payroll systems

  • Strong data handling, reporting, and testing capabilities

  • Experience managing system access, troubleshooting, and user queries

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal/external stakeholders

  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple demands

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Demonstrated project support experience

  • Proven ability to work under pressure during seasonal peaks

  • Experience managing a ticketing system

  • Exceptional attention to detail and service delivery mindset

    Desirable:

  • Experience within a manufacturing environment

  • Experience working with the JTP HRIS or similar systems

  • Familiarity with employee survey systems or similar data tools
