Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their busy team

Duties include;

Process payroll for a high volume of employees on a monthly basis in a team.
Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (e.g., PAYE, NI, pensions in the UK).
Handle multiple pay groups or entities if applicable.
Maintain and update employee records (e.g., new hires, terminations, salary changes).
Input and verify timesheets, overtime, bonuses, and other variable pay elements.
Ensure payroll is compliant with HMRC regulations and internal policies.
Prepare and submit reports such as P45s, P60s, and Real Time Information (RTI) submissions.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Respond to employee queries regarding payslips, deductions, and tax codes.
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies or errors.
Use payroll software to manage payroll runs.
Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure data integrity across systems.
Dealing with payroll queries via telephone, email and face-to-face.
You will have;

High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems.
