HR Systems Administrator - SuccessFactors

12 months Fixed-Term Contract

Are you a HR Systems Admin with SuccessFactors experience? Do you thrive on solving problems and optimizing employee experiences. If so, this opportunity could be the right move for you!

We’re working with a global company who have going through a HR system transformation, and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our critical HR systems, primarily SuccessFactors. As the go-to person for system support, data management and process improvement, you will create a seamless and efficient experience for your colleagues across the business.

  • SuccessFactors Administration:

    • Provide expert service desk support, resolving user queries and troubleshooting system issues.

    • Maintain data integrity, manage user access, and perform scheduled system maintenance.

    • Manage system configuration and updates, ensuring optimal performance.

  • HR Systems Support:

    • Provide support for other related HR systems, ensuring seamless integration and data flow.

    • Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.

    • Support activities including technical support, functional guidance, change management activities, enhancements and system updates.

  • Data Reporting & Analytics:

    • Develop and generate comprehensive HR reports, dashboards, and analytics using SuccessFactors reporting tools.

    • Analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, providing recommendations for improvement.

    • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.

    • Provide guidance and support with business reporting needs.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.

    • Communicate system updates and changes clearly and effectively.

    • Proactive issue management, providing regular feedback to senior team members.

      Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience administering SuccessFactors Employee Central or similar HRIS platforms.

  • Strong data reporting and analytics skills, with experience using HR reporting tools.

  • Excellent understanding of HR processes and data management principles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience supporting HR and/or payroll systems including experience with end user system support, managing access, trouble shooting and reporting.

    The company offer a great working environment, and you will be required to be in the office however flexibility will be provided. The team are based across the UK consisting of new and existing team members due to the HR system transformation they are going through. If you have experience with Payroll or Kronos, this will be advantageous
