SF Recruitment are currently partnering with a fantastic organisation on an exciting system implementation project. We are seeking a People Coordinator/ Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis, providing essential support throughout the implementation of a new HRIS.
This role is ideal for someone who is system savvy, has exceptional attention to detail, and is comfortable working on repetitive or administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will primarily involve data entry, auditing, and cleansing within the new system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all information. Knowledge of HR is essential.

Pay rate: 14.35 per hour
Hours: 37.5 (hybrid or remote working available)
Term: 6-8 weeks

Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of a new HRIS by handling data migration and system testing
Carry out regular audits to maintain data integrity
Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline and improve people processes
Provide general administrative support to the People team as needed

About You:
Previous experience working with HR systems or HRIS is essential
Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven tasks
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
A background in HR is essential

Ideal for someone early in their HR career or looking to move into a more hands-on, coordination role
