If so, I want to hear from you! I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in an analytical, data-driven role and loves getting into the details to drive meaningful change.

The Role

This is a high-impact HR Business Partner role where you will play a pivotal role in driving change, supporting business leaders, and ensuring that the HR function is delivering real commercial value. You will be the go-to person for both strategic and hands-on HR support, working closely with senior stakeholders and ensuring that the business continues to evolve and improve.

Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will be critical in helping the company optimise processes, implement changes, and support leadership in making data-driven decisions.

You'll have the flexibility to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Lead and support key change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption across the business.
  2. Use data analytics to drive HR strategies, providing insights that shape decision-making.
  3. Partner with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with commercial objectives.
  4. Deliver Learning & Development initiatives to support growth and engagement.
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to make operations more efficient.
  6. Act as a trusted advisor, supporting business leaders with people challenges and opportunities.
  7. Manage HR projects with strong organisation, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  8. Work with strong personalities with confidence and resilience, maintaining strong relationships across the business.
  9. Step up when required, providing seamless support to senior HR leadership when they are absent.
  10. Utilise Insights Discovery or other personality assessment tools to drive team development and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  1. Must be a commercially aware HR Business Partner with experience in a fast-paced industry (food retail or food manufacturing).
  2. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset - someone who loves diving into the details and using data to make impactful decisions.
  3. Experience in change management and the ability to implement improvements effectively.
  4. A proactive 'get-things-done' attitude - someone who sees opportunities and makes them happen.
  5. Resilient and confident, able to navigate challenging conversations.
  6. Project management skills - highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  7. Insights Discovery experience would be highly beneficial.
