We are delighted to be working on behalf of an established, highly regarded, commercial organisation based on the outskirts of Portsmouth, Hampshire, for the recruitment of a Senior HR Business Partner.

This diverse, exciting opportunity has arisen due to a period of recent change, and the role will be accountable for the leadership and delivery of results in the areas of Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development.

What will the Senior HR Business Partner role involve? 

Instigate, design and develop creative solutions to organisational challenges.
Partner with Senior Leadership Team on organisational expansion activities, including acquisitions, integrations and TUPE.
Business partner with line managers, to advise and coach and resolve potential employee matters
Work in conjunction with Trade Unions, hosting meetings on a regular basis and forging positive, long term relationships.
Implement innovative organisational design policies and procedures to ensure best practice.
Recognise and align long-term talent strategies to enhance the organisation’s future capabilities and growth.
Create and compile reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
Suitable Candidate for Senior HR Business Partner: 

Possess extensive experience in Human Resources, specifically in a strategic HRBP or senior leadership role.
Expertise in collaborating with the  senior leadership team, addressing complex HR challenges, and leading organisational transformation.
Extensive background across various HR functions, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation, organisational development, and Trade Union relations.
Proficient in leveraging HR technology and data analytics tools (HRIS systems, reporting tools, etc.) to inform decision-making.
Strong experience in organisational design and driving change management initiatives.
