This role is a full time position requiring high levels of mobility across the UK to ensure excellence in delivery across all of our sites and offices. 

🚀 The Job Mission

As Head of Business Resource Management, you will lead a UK-wide team to optimise workforce planning, recruitment, and digital innovation. This role is pivotal to ensuring efficient resource allocation, managing competing priorities, and delivering strategic workforce solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

⚡️ Lead the UK-wide resource management team, balancing operational needs with business growth.
⚡️ Providing fee earning resource to deliver Assystem’s chargeable consultancy services to achieve the Billable Utilisation (%) objective of the UK business.
⚡️ Plan and allocate operational resources across multiple engineering and digital projects.
⚡️ Identify, implement, and optimise digital tools to enhance resource planning and workforce analytics.
⚡️ Develop and execute non-chargeable workforce budgets in alignment with business strategy.
⚡️ Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure workforce capability meets current and future project demands.
⚡️ Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to forward plan and identify recruitment requirements necessary to successfully compete existing projects and business growth. 
⚡️ Provide KPI reports and data-driven insights to senior stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
⚡️ Manage resource challenges with resilience and a solution-focused mindset in a high-pressure environment.
