The Role:

This is a hybrid role that blends Frontend Development with Product & UI/UX Design Leadership. You'll lead the development of modern, high-performing React applications while also owning the design language, visual consistency, and user journey of the product.

You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces that bring IoT data to life. From wireframing and prototyping to writing clean, maintainable code, you'll play a critical role in shaping both how the platform looks and how it works.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement modern, scalable UIs using React and TypeScript
Lead the creation of a cohesive design system and reusable component libraries
Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling data visualizations (Chart.js, D3.js)
Own the end-to-end UX process - from user research and wireframing to testing and feedback
Collaborate with stakeholders to align design decisions with business and user needs
Integrate frontend with RESTful APIs and real-time data streams
Advocate for accessibility, performance, and best practices in frontend development
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a high-performing Agile team

Must-Haves:

3+ years of professional frontend development experience
Strong skills in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS architecture
Demonstrated experience leading or heavily contributing to design systems and UI/UX decisions
Confident with data visualization tools and principles
Experience in Agile environments and working in cross-functional teamsNice-to-Haves:

Exposure to IoT concepts and devices
Familiarity with backend environments (NestJS, AWS, Docker)
Understanding of analytics, telemetry, or machine learning-driven UI design
