Exciting opportunity at a CQC registered organization specializing in remote support for primary healthcare services! We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to drive technical solutions forward. Your role involves crafting and enhancing front-end and back-end applications with a focus on healthcare, utilizing Blazor, C#, and Microsoft Azure for seamless integration with AI-driven backend services.
 
This fully remote position includes occasional office meetings, offering a dynamic environment for growth. As a Full Stack Engineer, your responsibilities encompass designing, testing, and maintaining software applications supporting NHS services. Your work ensures compliance with regulations and streamlines data exchange between platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development: Creating and managing a cutting-edge web UI with Blazor, C#, and JavaScript.
Backend Development: Optimizing backend services with C#/.NET and integrating with Microsoft SQL Server.
API Development: Establishing and upkeeping RESTful APIs.
Database Management: Enhancing database performance and ensuring data integrity. 
Additionally, you will handle Azure Cloud Management, deploying resources, setting up CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery, and maintaining detailed documentation.
 
Requirements:

Full Stack Engineer experience: 3 years preferred
Proficiency in Blazor, C#, .NET, and JavaScript: 3 years preferred
