Job Title: Data Insight Analyst - SQL
Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Salary: £60,000 + Excellent Benefits

Introduction

We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Data Insight Analyst to join an exciting company in the retail sector, based in Didcot, Oxfordshire. This role offers a salary of £60k plus excellent benefits and the flexibility of working 3 days a week in the office, with 2 days from home. The company, a leader in sustainable retail, has been in business for over a decade and is known for leveraging data to drive customer experiences and business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with data and tech teams to manage data pipelines across eCommerce platforms using GTM/GA4 into BigQuery.

Develop and implement segmentation strategies to enhance customer experience and personalization efforts.

Work with marketing teams to create pricing algorithms balancing product supply/demand across regions.

Analyze customer acquisition channels, calculating ROI and attribution for various marketing efforts.

Create data-driven dashboards to track the effectiveness of business activities and enhance self-service data usage.

What Experience is Required?

At least 5 years of experience in data analysis with a strong focus on data extraction, analysis, and manipulation.

Expertise in GTM/GA4, BigQuery, SQL, and Excel (VBA & Macros).

Familiarity with tools like Power BI and Python is a significant advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £60,000 per annum

Location
The position is based in Didcot, Oxfordshire, with easy access from surrounding towns including Abingdon, Oxford, Wallingford, and Henley-on-Thames.
