Our client based in central Brighton is seeking a Business Insight Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and paying a salary of £50k per annum. This role offers hybrid working with 2 days from the office and 3 days from home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and understanding the business needs of the organisation within specific projects and operational improvement initiatives. Duties:

Analysing business processes within the company and recommending projects to improve the effectiveness of those processes
Working with the Group Head of Data & Compliance on leading the reporting, insights and analytics for the business
Identifying trends through regular monitoring and reporting on key data metrics
Producing data visualisations to help support important learning
Providing guidance and support on potential areas for experimentation that will improve business objectives and strategies
Developing data sources within the business and incorporate qualitative findings into quantitative reportingTo be successful for this role, you must have previous experience with CRM platforms, as well as having strong communication skills, with experience presenting data interpretation and insights.
