Responsibilities
  • Help support the data profiling, ingestion, collation and storage of data for critical client projects.
  • Develop and enhance knowledge of agile ways of working and working in open source stack (PySpark/PySql).
  • Utilize Accenture delivery assets to plan and implement quality initiatives to ensure solution quality throughout delivery.
  • Digest data requirements, gather and analyse large scale structured data and validate by profiling in a data environment.
  • Understand data structures and data model concepts (dimensional & relational) and design ETL patterns to ingest, analyse, validate, normalize and cleanse data.
  • Produce ‘Source to Target mapping’ (STTM) documents with data structures, business and data transformation logic.
  • Liaise with data/business SMEs to understand/confirm data requirements and obtain signoffs.
  • Implement data quality procedures on data sources and preparation to visualize data and synthesize insights to drive business value.
  • Support data management standards and policy definition including synthesizing and anonymizing data.
  • Develop and maintain data engineering best practices and contribute to data analytics insights and visualization concepts, methods and techniques.
  • Perform unit/system testing to debug code/data/business logic issues during development.
  • Communicate progress and raise risks/concerns/issues with Project lead and team members.
