Job Title: Data & Business Intelligence Analyst - Electronics Manufacturing (Power BI Focus)

Salary: 26,000 - £35,000 D.O.E

Location: Sunderland

We're working with a Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company that's looking to unlock the full potential of its data.

This is a newly created role within a forward-thinking EMS business that's invested in ERP, MES, and other core systems-but is only scratching the surface of what their data can do. They're now looking for a capable and curious analyst to bridge the gap between IT infrastructure and commercial/manufacturing insight using Power BI.

Responsibilities

Integrating data from ERP, MES, and other operational systems
Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
Supporting manufacturing and commercial teams with data-driven insights
Developing and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes
Collaborating with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting needs

What You'll Need

Experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualizations)
Solid SQL skills and understanding of data integration
Familiarity with ERP/MES systems (Epicor, FactoryLogix a plus)
Understanding of manufacturing operations and KPIs
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset

Ideal Background

1-3 years of experience in a similar role OR a recent graduate with relevant placement/internship experience
Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Intelligence)
