Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with a strong background in HR data analysis to join our team in Maidenhead, UK. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming complex HR data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with HR data sets to deliver actionable insights and reports to business stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand source systems and data structures.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Sisense or Power BI.

  • Write efficient SQL/T-SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.

  • Support data modelling and contribute to data warehousing efforts.

  • Participate in ETL processes; experience with SSIS is a plus.

  • Communicate findings clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.

  • Influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling.

    Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BI/Data Analysis, preferably with HR data.

  • Proficiency in SQL/T-SQL and Microsoft Excel.

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Sisense, or similar BI tools.

  • Familiarity with data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts.

  • Exposure to SSIS or similar data integration tools is a plus.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions
