Position: Data Administrator

Location: Yeovil Outskirts, Somerset (must have own transport due to location)

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: Circa £30k PA DOE

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and innovative Data Coordinator to join our client's vibrant business support team. This role involves managing various business development projects, analysing financial data to enhance operational efficiency, identifying growth opportunities, and promoting team collaboration. You will also contribute to the firm's client base expansion and revenue growth by strengthening its market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities and growth areas.
Develop and implement process improvements to achieve economies of scale, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions, offering recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Utilise data analytics tools to report on business performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and formulate growth strategies.
Manage CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to track business pipelines and ensure precise reporting.
Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts to guide strategic planning.Requirements:

A degree in business, finance, statistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in an analytical or project-based role.
Familiarity with data analytics tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.Application Process:
