An experienced CRM Manager or similar, you have a strong understanding of CRM platforms and data management. This is an incredible opportunity to use your expertise to make a difference. We are now looking for a CRM Manager to take ownership of our CRM data in Salesforce and ensure it is maintained to support our business processes and reporting requirements. This will include providing day-to-day support for users as well as making sure the charity makes the most effective use of the system. Important will be the ability to guarantee the accuracy, integrity, completeness and security of data held. You will lead on the development of staff training as well as reports and dashboards in Salesforce. We will also look for you to collaborate with users and the IT team to identify and prioritise system improvements to ensure organisational objectives continue to be effectively met.

For this key position, you must have operated in a similar role and gained a strong understanding of CRM platforms and data management. A competent user of Salesforce, you will be familiar with visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. You will also have a good understanding of data governance and data quality management. You will have sound knowledge of data architecture and privacy too.

Your technical abilities will be complemented by strong interpersonal, relationship building and planning skills. An effective project manager, you will also be comfortable working in a collaborative and matrix environment.
